Hello and Welcome to Fun Colouring Packs.

We are Gill and Graham Williams, and we set up, and now run, Fun Colouring Packs.

Together, we’ve been involved with creating children’s creative resources for over 20 years.
And we love it!
Recently, we were looking for a new challenge, and decided to develop a project that makes  children’s colouring a fun ME TIME activity – that  ‘quiet’ time during a hectic day, where a child uses an activity to help recharge and reset their ‘battery’. In our case we want that ‘fun activity’ to be Fun Colouring Packs.

We believe that over recent years children’s colouring has become a little bit ‘tired’… so… we expect our colouring artwork to put a great big ‘umph’ back into colouring for all children.

To achieve that, we have introduced several new (to colouring) ideas.
For example, we very often use non-traditional formats to present our artwork (such as models), because they are more appealing to children than the traditional colouring book.
To deliver the kind of new formats that we like, we have set up our own digital print and digital finishing centre – where we explore and experiment with different colouring formats.
Of course making our own resources means that we cut our  production costs, which means that we can also keep our selling prices very affordable.
So a win win situation!

Obviously because we place such  a huge emphasis on using top quality colouring artwork, we only use top quality specialist children’s colouring illustrators to create our pictures. They help us publish 3 different kinds of colouring artwork:
1.     COLOURING FUN artwork – an activity that’s designed to give  children creative success. Some pieces are straightforward and ‘quickie’ colouring activities, and others are more challenging pieces. They are all designed to be fun and give success.
2.     COLOURING EXPLORING artwork – where the artwork encourages a child to explore the artwork to discover about a particular topic. In our case we specialise in both nature and the past.
3.      COLOURING STORYTELLING artwork – which is new adventure  for us, with the aim of integrating colouring into short stories. We are starting with a series of new Teddy Bear adventures, and the Christmas Elves Toy Workshop adventure.

Colouring is fun!
